Nicolás J. Gutiérrez, Jr.
Nicolas provides consultation to international clients for inbound and outbound business transactions, with an emphasis on Latin America. Nicolas served on the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District for three consecutive terms, including two and a half years as its Chairman. He has served on the boards of various organizations, including the National Association of Sugar Mill Owners of Cuba and the National Association of Cuban Mineral and Petroleum Right Holders. He is the founder of the South Florida’s Lawyers’ Division of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies and the Bridge of Young Cuban Professionals.
As a businessman, Nicolas understands the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, when it comes to solving our energy crisis. For this reason, he is proud to serve as State Chairman for the Florida Energy Forum, which supports a balanced approach to achieve energy independence.
